Our Story

AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE

Sergio's at the Ambassador is a family owned restaurant, the chef owner Sergio was born and raised in Italy , and moved to USA when he was a little kid . Sergio inherited his passion for cooking from his father when he started cooking with him at young age. Chef Sergio met his wife, Luisa, in Italy and both moved to Connecticut, where they started their family and they opened their restaurant. Tired of the cold weather they moved to Florida and opened Sergio's at the ambassador . This is their second season here bringing Italian traditional dishes and Italian welcoming atmosphere to Palm Beach.

EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA

Three layers of crispy eggplant topped with fresh mozzarella & marinara sauce

Organic chicken cutlet topped with with arugula, heirloom tomatosred onion and shaved parmigiano cheese.

NY STRIP STEAK

Grass fed strip steak grilled to your own perfection in a balsamic glaze, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
